TheatreWhether a classical ballet, classic musical or drama, or an original work in dance or theatre, all of PDM’s full length production have open auditions to anyone, from any community, regardless of the community in which the event is taking place. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in theatrical events both on stage and behind the scenes.

WorkshopsThe workshop experiences, depending on an individual’s ability, will help in developing life skills on a variety of levels. Depending on an individual’s strengths and weaknesses, the workshop experiences will help in develop life skills on a variety of levels, because an important aspect will be to partner with other organizations. This will encourage opportunities that may be anywhere from one day, one weekend, or longer, depending on the need or the interest. The learning experiences will stem from any of the disciplines within the performing or fine arts. All workshops will be open to children and adults from any community. (Ages will be specified in accordance with the timing of the event.)

Merit ScholarshipPDM has many opportunities for financial support through scholarships. We believe that there is much to be gained in one’s character development by hard work, discipline, commitment and learning how to achieve goals.
The purpose of the scholarships is to provide opportunities to individuals and organizations that may, not only participate in, but also demonstrate a proficiency and /or desire to excel in any of the disciplines in the performing or fine arts, regardless of their socio-economic status. The amount of the scholarships and financial aid is determined by the financial resources available, as well as what may be stipulated by a donor, grantor, or foundation. The recipient must demonstrate a proficiency and desire to excel within the arts. |
Financial AidThe “Need Scholarship” is for the individual who demonstrates a desire and talent to excel in the arts, and can prove by submitting the required form, that they do not have the financial resources to pay for a particular endeavor. The award may be up to the total amount of the activity (depending on the resources available). It will not include any additional fees such as for pictures, t-shirts, or any other promotions associated with the activity. Those will be the responsibility of the recipient. If it is awarded for an activity sponsored by PDM PRODUCTIONS, the individual will have particular responsibilities that will be required to keep the scholarship. In order to fulfill the acceptance of the gift, the individual will be required to perform the duties given throughout the duration of the activity.
